At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. e789 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
The Operator may at any time, and without prior notice, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and documentation evidencing your source of funds. Failure to complete KYC to the Operator's satisfaction may result in restrictions being placed on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude e789's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by e789's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Your personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with e789's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

e789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any remaining Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if wrongdoing is confirmed. Where closure is not due to breach, the Operator will endeavour to return the verified Real Money Balance to the User following the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e789 holds its operating licence.
